Casa Frangipani

Casa Frangipani is a two-storey Caribbean villa at Sunset Pointe on the southern tip of the Placencia Peninsula, where the lagoon meets the sea and the village sidewalk — reputedly the narrowest main street in the world — is a barefoot stroll away. The house takes its name from the frangipani trees that scent the walled courtyard and pool deck.

Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms are arranged around a double-height great room, with the primary suite occupying the entire upper east wing behind its own verandah. Finishes run to Belizean hardwood cabinetry, travertine floors, and a standing-seam roof over insulated concrete walls.
